Information you give us

When you submit a request, we collect your first name and phone number, plus anything optional you add: email, neighborhood, project type and description.

Information collected automatically

With each request we record the page you first landed on, the referring website, campaign (UTM) parameters, the page you submitted from, a general device category, a timestamp and a one-way hashed version of your network address used for spam and rate limiting. We may use analytics tools that collect anonymous usage data; we don't send your name, phone number or email to analytics providers.

How we use it

To review your request, contact you about it, share it with an independent remodeling professional who may be available, prevent abuse and improve the site.

Sharing with independent professionals

Your request may be shared with one or more independent contractors who are not our employees. Once shared, their use of your information is governed by their own practices.

How we contact you

We or a professional may call you at the number you provide about your request. We don't send marketing text messages, and we don't pre-check consent boxes.

Retention

We keep requests as long as reasonably needed to handle them and for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information by calling (331) 320-6150.

Security

Requests are stored on secured servers with restricted access. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
