How it works
We're a referral resource, not a remodeling company. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out.
What we are
Chicago Bathroom Remodels publishes practical planning information for Chicago homeowners and accepts project requests. When an independent remodeling professional may be available for a request, we can share it with them so they can contact you.
What we're not
We don't employ contractors, perform remodeling work, run a showroom or inspect jobs. We don't vet, license or guarantee anyone. Any estimate, contract, schedule, permit, warranty and the quality of work are between you and the professional you choose to hire.
The steps
- You send a request through the form or by calling. A first name and phone number are enough.
- We review it for project type and location.
- If someone may be available, your request may be shared with an independent professional, who may contact you directly.
- If not, we can't guarantee a match. Our planning guides are still yours to use.
Before you hire anyone
Verify licensing and insurance, get the scope in writing and compare more than one estimate. Our guide on questions to ask a contractor can help.
